Really good Stay, Clean, Convenient, and Friendly!
friendly staff clean room smooth check-in excellent condition
The reception staff were fantastic upon my arrival. They were both professional and friendly. The check-in process was very smooth! The rooms were very tidy and clean. Everything in the room was in excellent condition and well-kept.
The temperature control system seemed to only blow warm air. I had to open the window, despite some noise from outside.

Breakfast included tasty coffee and tea. It had a delicious selection of fresh items available in the buffet. The breakfast options provided an AMAZING start to the day, appreciated!!!

EXCELLENT Stay Near Alexanderplatz!
friendly staff convenient location discounted parking tv tower
The staff REALLY impressed me with their friendliness and efficiency. The location is superb. It's close to everything. I found the discounted parking (at 7.3 euros) very convenient and economical. I ENJOYED the view of the TV tower from my room.
The shower, toilet, and sink placement felt a bit unconventional.

the hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. the location is near alexanderplatz, offering easy access to public transportation. i also found it pretty quiet during the night, so i could get a good rest.
the twin room i stayed in felt small. the bathroom was also very small. the tv was also small. i found it not very suitable for more than one person because the bathroom and the toilet have no lock.

The hotel had a good location near transport stops, that was acceptable.
The room I got was very small. There was no kettle for making tea, disappointing. I found the parking to be quite expensive.

healthy options helpful staff perfect location easy reach
the breakfast was well-organized! i found good, healthy options there and i think it was worth the additional price. all staff were really helpful and kind. the location was nearly perfect. it was easy to reach many places i wanted to see.
The noise from outside was noticeable, particularly at night. i could hear traffic and sirens! it made it a little difficult to sleep soundly. But i made do.
